Logistic Executive

Our client is reputable company in the global healthcare biopharmaceutical company and they are currently hiring for a Contract Logistic Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with forwarding agent, control tower and Supply Planning Cluster on monitoring import shipments.
• To ensure agreed service levels are being achieved.
• Perform inventory reconciliation with 3PL to ensure high inventory accuracy.
• Primary contact for Inventory availability for the Commercial business.
• Perform administration support for the team as required.
• Preparing timely and accurate reports for LOC and Regional as required.
• Perform payment verification, GR and tabulation.
• To work with Redressing Planning and coordinate with Copacker, Marketing and Warehouse on redressing activities, including issuance of stocks, process and GR of Finished.
• Communicating Inventory availability dates to the Commercial business so that customer relationships and expectations can be managed.
• Ensure Supplier invoices are paid in line with agreed commercial terms.

Requirements:

• Basic finance knowledge,
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with the LSPs to deliver continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Warehouse Management Systems Knowledge, including JDE, and warehouse management systems would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in using SAP system is a must. Especially in W&D area.
• Willing to work on a contract position.
