Finance Analyst

Job Description:

• Lead inventory Month-End Close activities ensuring quality and timely GL operations.
• Oversee Intercompany Tracking (ICT) volume submission review and analysis.
• Manager inventory (Stock Provisions, NRV, Transfer Pricing, PPV, LAV, GRNI) for accurate P&L and BS reporting.
• Conduct financial analysis for P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Review / process provisions, accruals, standard journals.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Markets, and Controllers on Inventory and ICT matters.
• Review intercompany reconciliations.
• Propose process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to controls and support audits.
• Partner with Supply Chain for SC transformation projects.
• Review cost-saving pipelines and facilitate project team calls.
• Collect, validate, and report cost saving numbers.
• Ensure timely reporting of financial KPIs.
• Develop commodity forecasts with regional procurement teams.
• Participate in Transfer Pricing Process Governance.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Reporting / Auditing.
• Experience in Shared Service Center environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solving ability.
• Attention to details and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• SAP experience preferred.
• FMCG experience preferred.
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) a plus.
• Strong Excel Skills.
