Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to bridge the gap between a successful sales pitch and the final delivery of services. You will take the lead once a proposal is presented, managing the "paperwork and process" side of the deal. Your mission is to ensure contracts are signed, invoices are paid, and clients provide the necessary materials for our team to begin work on time.

Experience
· 1–3 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or customer service roles.

Organizational Skills
· Strong multitasking abilities with proven capability to prioritize urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail & Work Ethic
· Persistence & Follow-Up: Proactively and consistently follows up with clients on outstanding payments or pending deliverables.
· Financial Literacy: Comfortable handling invoices, understanding tax requirements, and managing payment terms.
· Process-Driven Mindset: Enjoys creating checklists and workflows to ensure timely delivery and smooth coordination among all stakeholders.
