· Handle full set or partial accounts including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger
· Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries
· Assist with month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting
· Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
· Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, banks, and vendors
· Assist with payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS submissions
· Monitor expenses, cash flow, and budget tracking
· Provide general administrative and operational support to company operations
· Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum 2–4 years of relevant working experience
· Experience in healthcare or clinic operations is an added advantage
· Familiar with Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
· Able to work independently, with good attention to detail and time management
