Roadshow Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Roadshow Coordinator to support and manage roadshow activities, ensuring smooth operations from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage roadshows by attending to sales enquiries, preparing promotion mechanics, and implementing marketing objectives within the given budget.

·       Understand all aspects of roadshow/concourse operations and assist in setup and planning, including liaising with internal teams and external vendors.

·       Train, guide, and supervise roadshow promoters.

·       Coordinate with vendors and oversee setup, operations, and dismantling of roadshows, ensuring smooth execution within budget.

·       Handle all pre- and post-event planning and execution with strong organizational and planning skills.

·       Monitor project budgets and costs, and process all orders accurately and on time.

·       Work both independently and collaboratively with the team.

·       Liaise between internal teams and external parties (roadshow teams, design agencies, printing vendors) for seamless project coordination.

·       Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Requirements:

·       Experience in event or roadshow management.

·       Sales-oriented mindset.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office.

·       Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

·       Resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

·       Must have own transport.

Work Arrangement:

·       Minimum of 2 days working in-office.

·       Remaining days will involve offsite work with PA/promoters for roadshow activations.
