Job Description
· Manage front desk operation, including visitor reception, phone inquiries, correspondence, courier service, while ensuring proper documentation and a professional, organised reception area.
· Support HR and administrative tasks as required
· Attend to important Clients during meetings as required
Requirements
· Positive and pleasant personality, cheerful
· Able to work in a team
· Ability to multi-tasking environment
· Able to operate work processing softwares
· Required language BM & English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
