Shopper Activation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development of activation plans through shopper insights, consumer behavior analysis, and operational excellence to drive business results.
• Champaign planning, deployment and execution of shopper roadshows with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and brand image.
• Design thematic brand events and campaign plans aligned with overall brand and category strategies.
• Monitor competitor activation strategies and proactively develop activation plans to defend and grow category share.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external business partners to support brand goals.
• Supervise product and skill training for third-party promoter teams to ensure high-quality execution.
• Set and track KPIs for shopper roadshows, focusing on both effectiveness and efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements across retail and non-retail activation workflows.
• Conduct regular reviews and reporting of activation performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in developing and executing shopper activation strategies and promotional activities
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trend and campaign effectiveness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for retailer engagement
•  Familiar with consumer goods industry is a plus
