Responsibilities
Oversee training activities for retail store nationwide.
Plan, deliver, and monitor training programs for trainers and product consultant across Malaysia.
Design training module included product knowledge, selling skill, up-sell skill and other necessary soft skill training.
Track KPIs and training metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
Oversee trainers and product consultants’ daily training workflows, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Assign responsibilities, provide continuous feedback, and coach to improve skills and performance.
Manage clear training schedules, milestones, and deadlines and monitor progress to submit reports to management.
Handle on ground training with the team as and when require
Build a positive learning culture, led by example, and uphold company values
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or other relevant field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in training, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
· Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
· Strong leadership and people management skills.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and training tools/software
· Able to travel nationwide and manage different training events.
