System Support Executive / System Support Analyst

 1. Data Maintenance

• Responsible for accurately entering and maintaining business-related data within internal systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all platforms.
• Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies, supporting smooth and efficient business operations.

2. Report Maintenance

• Develop, update, and distribute detailed business reports tailored to stakeholder requirements.
• Collect relevant data and conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and process enhancement.

3. System Testing & Quality Assurance

• Conduct system testing to ensure new features, enhancements, and updates meet functional and business requirements.
• Identify, document, and report issues or bugs, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Verify final outputs meet quality standards before release.

4. Training & User Support

• Prepare comprehensive user documentation, including training manuals and step-by-step guides.
• Provide onboarding support and system training to new users.
• Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system usage.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
