Team Lead

JOB DESCRITION 

·       Provide administrative & operational support to the team and seek improvement in the work processes that would drive greater overall process effectiveness

·       Regularly track the sales and revenue of each product piece to determine which are best-sellers and which to replace by ordering with (KPI set).

·       Merchandisers work in a retail setting, cultivating new and engaging ways to display and sell more products.

·       Build good relationship with stores PIC

·       To conduct outlet or area demarcation to cater for fast changing business needs from time to time to ensure effective Route to Market

·       Analyze the store’s layout to find the best spots to place products that will make them look more appealing to customers.

·       Reviewing customer and merchandizers feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand to ensure the Stock is fulfill the sales need 

·       Working closely with KAM, Merchandizers to ensure all plan and deploy 100% to all sales merchandizers 

·       Proposing orders as when needed for all channels to ensure sufficient stocks

·       Weekly meeting with the merchandizers and Management to share and feedback on driving excellent stores visibility

REQUIREMENT

1)    Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing, and listening

2)    Strong time management abilities, including planning and prioritizing workloads

3)    Effective strategic planning, both for the short-term and long-term

4)    Thorough understanding of merchandising trends and industry best practices

5)    Exceptional ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions

6)    A proven track record of achieving excellent results with merchandising strategies to hit KPI
