Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office coordination
- Assist with basic finance duties (e.g. invoice processing, expense tracking, data entry)
- Support internal teams with HR, operational, or procurement-related tasks as needed
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a similar administrative or finance support role
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Must be based onsite at Dataran Ara Damansara
