Event Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
As a ground operator, you will work closely with the event management and technical teams to plan and coordinate event site logistics. Responsibilities include ensuring all ground equipment is properly installed, dismantled, and stored according to checklist records after each event.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Event Planning, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• A passion for sports, especially cycling, and a dedication to fitness is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Languages: English, Malay, Mandarin.
• Must have own transport.
