Collaborate with Key Account Manager (KAM), Key Account Executive (KAE), and BA Manager to strategize and execute store growth plans.
Identify and develop business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Set and communicate monthly store priorities and initiatives.
Ensure strong store-level engagement to support business plans.
Implement monthly initiatives and product launches with assigned BAs.
Prepare and submit monthly itineraries for assigned BAs to Operations Lead.
Consolidate and submit timely monthly sales and performance reports.
Oversee inventory management across assigned stores, ensuring stock accuracy.
Ensure store fixtures and tools are always in proper working condition.
Gather and report competitor and consumer feedback monthly.
Coordinate BAs’ off days and replacements; review what works well and optimize.
Collaborate with BAs to set and review monthly sell-in and sell-through targets.
Identify training and development needs for all assigned BAs.
Partner with the BA Manager to design and implement coaching plans.
Coordinate with the BA Education Manager and Field Coach for training schedules.
Support the continuous professional development of BAs through ongoing coaching and assessments.
Ensure BAs uphold brand standards and consistently perform to expectations.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail or cosmetics/FMCG.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing or coaching frontline staff.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel within the Central region and work retail hours/weekends as needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
