RTR - Korean Speaker

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update SAP systems, ensuring all RTR Finance master data (e.g., SAP security, chart of accounts, internal orders, cost centers, profit centers) is accurate, authorized, and well-documented.
• Ensure finance security roles comply with the global segregation of duties matrix.
• Provide subject matter expertise on RTR module configuration and support, contributing to continuous improvement and issue resolution.
• Perform monthly closing activities for CO-PA (customer and product profitability analysis) to support management reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and support business users effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

• Degree in Accounting or a related Finance discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Shared Services or multinational environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP systems.

Desirable:

• Proficiency in Korean and English (both written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
