Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, contract renewal, confirmation, and all HR related letters. 
  • Organizing & maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and relevant documents 
  • In charge of new contract employee onboarding briefing, follow up latest changes on onboarding and constantly update the deck for briefing purposes.  
  • Following up contract renewal status, handling employee performance related issue and managing HR day to day operations 
  • Respond to client / employees’ inquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp. 
  • Preparing all HR related reports as per client needs. 
  • Other HR administrative task as and when needed. 

 

Job Requirements

  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience using MS Word & MS Excel 
  • Organizational skills and able cope with timeline
  • Able to work independently in fast-paced environment. 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
