Account Manager/ Executive - Public Sector

Our client is the global leading ICT solutions provider, specializing in quality ICT solutions and services to the telecom carriers, enterprise and customer and they have developed core strength and capabilities in the fields of carrier networks, enterprise, consumer, and cloud computing. The office is strategically located in Kuala Lumpur, conveniently accessible by public transportation.  

Account Manager/ Executive - Public Sector

Key Responsibilities:

•        Manage Government Named Account business development under the company’s Enterprise division Malaysia, with a primary focus on sales, revenue and lead generation.

•        The role will be cooperating with customers, partners, internal sales support and services team with the focus of growing the sales, revenue and opportunities in Named Account.

•        Act as the owner of key projects and establish a full customer relationship with key customers. (directors of major business departments and CXOs)

•        To identify and develop new business opportunities, develop a portfolio of key customers in major local and multinational companies.

•        To formulate a Sales & Marketing Strategy and assist Head of Dept. to deploy effective marketing events to our target customers.

•        To review & analyze the market situation and report to senior management periodically.

Job Requirements:

•        Minimum of 5 years’ experience dealing with ICT / Telecommunication industry with good personal relationship.

•        Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any field.

•        Sound knowledge in ICT Solutions and Services.

•        Good command of spoken and written Malay, English.

•        Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation and presentation skills.

•        Positive mindset, result-oriented, high level of initiative, high execution and integrity.

•        Occasional travel is required.

•        Competitive salary package commensurate with the working experiences.

•        1 Year Contract (Renewable on yearly basis subject to performance)
